Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with original tags attached.

To start a return, please email splurgecollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
